Been setting my alarm for 5:30am (using an alarm that is quiet enough for me wake up but not wake my spouse).
I am trying to get in a half hour of any type of exercise. Today I did push-ups, planks, and stretching. Other things I plan to do include rowing machine, dog walk/jog, weights, etc.
